Job Description
Under the responsibility of the site director, the transport and scales clerk plays an essential role in the functioning of the department. He supports his group in administrative, planning and customer service areas.
- Carry out the classification;
- Perform data entry;
- Respond to emails and calls;
- Perform reports Support logistics related to transportation;
- Maintain accounts payable;
- Print checks;
- Create contracts;
- Replace on scale occasionally;
- All other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Has two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word);
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset).

Additional Information
- Hourly wage starting at $21
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
