The Technical Sales Engineer performs sales and technical support functions for a specific region/country. The Technical Sales Engineer reports to the Technical Sales Manager, Singapore.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding incoming calls and emails, processing of sales quotes and purchase orders, and aiding in the continuous growth of the Company. The Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      Provide thorough and accurate response to email and caller inquiries to internal and external customers

      Collecting and reporting sales customer information and issues.

      Review incoming orders for accuracy and integrity.

      Assist customers and sales with pricing and delivery information when required.

      Accurately manage purchase orders, sales quotes, procurement match and discounts as needed.

      Follow up on ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.

      Proactively handle tasks within company as well as throughout assigned sales territory.

      Maintain an organized workplace and schedule to ensure quality performance.

Understand customers business, requirements, and expectations to make value-added recommendations.

Qualifications

      College degree in communication or business administration (an asset)

      Any combination of 2 to 5 years in customer service or inside sales in a manufacturing or distribution environment;

      Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)

      Good organization skills, multi-tasking;

      Good communication skills;

      Works well in a team;

      Attention to detail;

      Proactive to solving issues;

      Fluent in English (spoken and written)
