• Work with regional managers and the buying team to set and evaluate goals and long-term operational plans for Kenny Sites in Ontario.
•  Manage, support, and develop regional managers by delegating responsibility and providing continuous feedback and coaching
•  Analyze operating efficiencies of each Kenny site in Ontario including inventory and production levels.
•  Participate in the development of projects and ensure their advancement in relation to the opening of new locations.
•  Plan store layout and design displays for new sites.
•  Oversee the purchasing of vehicles, understand pricing, track inventory, and monitor the progress on operational targets.
•  Provide overall operational direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.
•  Develop, communicate, and implement mid to long term goals for the business to ensure continued performance.
•  Monitor key performance indications (KPIs) and identify action plans to mitigate any gaps.
•   Identify solutions and opportunities to improve processes and tools to optimize business efficiency.
•  Work closely with the Vice President to establish internal budgets and forecasting
•  Manage and assist in the efficient flow of information between Corporate and Operations departments, including branches and sites
• Work in collaboration with other departments and business divisions to ensure alignment with business needs
•  Establish a team focus by developing objectives that align with company visions and values
•  Represent the organization to the public, including key stakeholders while adhering to best practices regarding customer service 
•  Promote a safe and welcoming workplace by enforcing Environmental/Health and Safety standards and procedures across the organization

• Post-secondary education in Business Management or relative field
• Operations Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
•  7-10 years of operations management experience
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions, including finance, customer service, production, and people management

• Office and field environment
• Available to travel throughout Ontario
