Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the   senior management team on business planning and business strategy development;
  • Work as a team with the various directors in the region to ensure that procedures are followed and that standards are met according to company strategy;
  • Answer the different questions and problems of the sites  and work on solutions;
  • Working in conjunction with the various project Gs;
  • Train and develop the skills of your team;
  • Work with the HR Business Partner to monitor good human resources management practices;
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and operations;
  • Track key performance indicators (ICP/KPI), assess gaps, and provide site support to achieve targets;
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided;
  • Actively involved in day-to-day operations, if necessary, being involved and understanding the day-to-day tasks of employees ('Hands on');
  • Conduct internal audits.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Strong leadership ability to support the development of your team through coaching and mentoring opportunities
  • Build a in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • Good market knowledge and customer relationship management;
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, develop and adjust business plans;
  • Strong planning, organization and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think outside the box and make difficult decisions
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy in everything you do.
