Job Description

  • Train and coach new employees on operation standards at Kenny U-Pull
  • Support the senior director regarding all operations in Ontario
  • Train employees on yard process to ensure consistency and standards are meet;
  • Train employees on the depollution process including inspection lists, daily maintenance, environmental process and quality control assurance; Hands on

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage priorities in a pressure environment;
  • Ability to make quick decisions;
  • Good leadership;
  • Have the willingness to learn; Hands on
  • Quality of trainer and interpersonal skills;
  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).

Additional Information

 

  • Travel required in the Province of Ontario (70% of the time on the road);
  • May be required to work outdoors - exposed to hot and cold weather;
  • Must be available on weekends. Our retail branches are open 7 days a week.
