Job Description

Reporting to the call center supervisor, the Customer Service Agent is the direct link between our customers and the company. In order to achieve the objectives set up, the agent will :

  • Answer incoming calls from customers wishing to sell a vehicle, wanting information on the availability of parts in our different locations or wanting a price estimate;
  • Lead the conversation with the customer and negotiate the purchase price of the vehicles;
  • Listen, understand and solve customer problems;
  • Follow up closely on pending requests and follow up with customers when required.
  • Assists clients wishing to donate their vehicle to the Kidney Foundation Kidney Car Program.
  • Participate in outgoing call campaigns and special projects;
  • Performs administrative tasks related to the opening of files and the updating of documents requiring high level analysis;
  • Collaborates with various internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of a data catalog of more than 500 different vehicle models.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar position related to customer service or the automotive industry;
  • Knowledge of automotive mechanics and automotive sales (asset).

Required skills:

  • Interest in the automotive field;
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications;
  • Ability to comply with call center procedures and standards;
  • Strong propensity for negotiation and persuasion;
  • Bilingualism (spoken);
  • Reliability, diligence and punctuality.

Additional Information

  • Business hours - our business hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 5pm. We ask our Agents to be available to work during these hours.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
