Reporting to the call center manager, the call center trainer trains new and existing employees, developing their skills and knowledge for their respective roles.

• Train and assist new and existing call center agents, as well as support staff
• Manage, maintain and ensure all aspects of the training process
• Provide feedback to managers to determine who needs coaching and training
• Adapt staff training to company and market developments
• Develop and update training materials with the help of managers
• Help managers develop their team members through continuous training strategies
• Produce employee progress reports
• All other related tasks

• Post-secondary diploma or a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service training in the retail trade;
• Experience in creating training program
• Customer service experience
• Presentation skills
• Focus on teamwork
• Understanding of best practices in customer service
• Bilingualism (oral and written)

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
