Job Description

Under the authority of the Maintenance Director, the position holder is mainly responsible for the maintenance of heavy vehicles. 

  • Perform repair diagnosis 
  • Disassemble the parts
  • Make adequate repairs
  • Reassemble the parts
  • Prepare rolling equipment for use
  • Perform preventive maintenance 
  • Perform all other tasks related to his trade

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment mechanic
  • Mechanical training on forklifts (an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of trailers and trucks

  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment

Additional Information

  • Work schedule: monday to friday on the evening shift
  • Permanent, full-time position
