The main task for this position is to monitor the shipping and receiving of materials. The incumbent is responsible for weighing materials, creating weight tickets and dealing with customers appropriately.

• Greet customers.
• Weigh materials.
• Create delivery slips using the software.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them when required.
• Prepare shipping papers.
• Follow up on shipping.
• Prepare reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience in the field of transportation (an asset).

• Good knowledge of software and IT systems

Work environment / Additional information

• Work schedule: Day, evening and/or weekends
• Permanent, full-time position
