Under the authority of the head of the department of mechanics, the heavy equipment washes technician will be responsible for the daily maintenance as well as aesthetic repairs of all the equipment of the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, minor alterations to the various equipment of the company;
• Apply the appropriate aesthetic treatments to the preparation of the machines before delivery to the different sites
• Check the finish and the quality of the work before sending to the worksites
• Receiving and storing the different machines in the machine park
• Maintain working air and ensure the work environment is always safe
• Maintain / use all tools and equipment with caution
• Manage the consumables inventory
• Fill in the necessary documentation
• Enter and exit vehicles
• Perform other related tasks

• Secondary  3
• Possess a minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position
• Have an interest in automotive aesthetics
• Bilingualism (English / French)
• Must be thorough, detail-oriented, with a great sense of observation, detail and accuracy
• Must have good skills and manual dexterity
• Must have a team spirit
• Punctual and diligent
• Good analysis of priorities and autonomy (resourcefulness)
• Responsible and organized
• Experience in the construction and / or demolition industry (an asset)
