Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the custome service function and the production control function of the plant.

Responsibilities

Customers’ orders fulfilment;

Handling of customers’ VMI (Vendor Management Inventory);

Order entries into plant’s ERP system;

Execution of shipments to customers (packing/palletizing, generation of invoices & delivery orders);

Liaison with shipping agents (truck drives, forwarders);

Assist Operation Manager in DG shipment;

Preparation of production materials purchasing plan and issuance of orders to materials suppliers;

Monitoring of suppliers committed deliveries schedules;

Storekeeper of the plant’s warehouse;

Assist Operation Manager in preparation of the weekly/monthly production plan for the plant;

Handling import and export documentations;

Assist in filling reports required by LMW (Local Manufacturing Warehouse).

Education: Minimum SPM. STPM / Diploma (added advantage);

Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in manufacturing environment but not a must)

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Supply Chain;

Computer skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point).

Experience in large ERP system (SAP/Oracle) is preferred.

Language Skills: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency inMandarin is an added advantage;
