Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, the Car Sales Manager will put in place sales strategies to achieve the sales objectives of each branch. He develops processes and methods to assist the sales department of each branch to achieve the company's goals. He coaches and develops branch employees to conduct car sales independently.

  • Create a budget for monthly and annual targets;
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan;
  • Collaborate with Purchasing team to grow and ensure proper levels of inventory;
  • Implement a training program in order to assist in the development of employees of the various branches in the sale of used vehicles;
  • Train employees on key indicators to identify vehicles with high resale potential;
  • Create a database system to identify potential customers;
  • Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of the different branches to target training, coaching needs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive sales;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver’s license

Additional Information

  • Available to travel to branches
  • Work schedule: Must be available every second weekend, as we operate in the retail sector and our branches are open 7 days a week.
  • Permanent, full-time position
