Job Description

Under the authority of the Machinery Parts Manager, the storekeeper will be responsible for managing the store's daily inventory. He will be responsible for placing the equipment in the warehouse, monitoring the movement of inventories and communicating them to the individuals concerned. 

• Maintain inventory and ensure its accuracy. 
• Ensure follow-up on parts repairs. 
• Ensure follow-up on equipments and archiving 
• Process work orders – repairs processing 
• Handle receiving, codifies it, and heads it to proper areas. 
• Keep documents and database updated to be able to respond to requests from the purchasing department 
• Assist in the physical counting of annual inventories; 
• Work orders data processing and material requisition. 
• Always Keep spaces tidy and clean. 
• All related requests by the manager 

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma 
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Know the operation of industrial supplie 
• Knowledge of computer software such as Excel and Word 
• Bilingual (French / English) 
• Pay attention to details (numerical data, code, name of item). 
• Inventory logical understanding (min-max). 
• Responsible and structured 
• Good analysis of priorities and autonomous (resourceful) 
• Good communication skills 
• Rigorous and detail oriented 
• Knowledge of mechanical parts. (necessary) 
• Experience in the construction industry (an asset).
