Remote - Call Center Agent

Company Description

The Call Center agent will perform outbound calls. Document interaction with the facility into client systems. Perform follow up calls and/or emails with providers based on agreed follow update.

Job Description

  • This is a virtual support role for temporary employment anticipated 10 to 12 months.
  • Must be able to participate in virtual interviews, ability to work from home with internet and computer equipment to perform this role.
  • Those selected must pass the pre-screening process consisting of education, criminal, employment, and drug testing background.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 30 to 40 words per minute with intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to complete the project.

Qualifications

Min 1 to 2 years of Outbound contact center experience, preferably in healthcare.

 

Those with Call Center experience in Healthcare industry encouraged to apply. If you do not have this relevant experience other acceptable transferable skills; excellent communication skills, intermediate computers skills and ability to multi-task. We will provide training.
