• Request booking from carriers
• Enter booking information into system
• Issue booking to supplier
• Trouble shoot booking-related issues
• Responsible for planning, booking and assigning of outbound cargo shipped to the assigned area
• Maintain day-to-day communications with shipping lines
• Develop and maintain good cooperation with external parties
• Report activities

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• College degree is preferred
• Approx. 1-3 years of relevant work experience such as freight forwarding and export ocean booking experience
• A basic understanding of commercial and logistical concepts is a plus
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
