• Issuing Delivery Orders
• Tracking shipments at the terminals
• Checking on release status Resolving terminal holds
• Maintain trucker files Issue trucking invoices and charges to customers
• Responding to Customer inquiries by phone and email Delivery status follow up

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• College degree is preferred
• Logistics experience is highly preferred
• Custom service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and follow up
• English, speaking and written must be proficient. Chinese and Spanish are bonus

Hourly pay starts at $19/hour. Can either work in Long Beach or City of Industry, CA. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
