·         Manage Network Switch, router, wi-fi equipment and firewall to ensure user daily work smoothly and data safety.

·         Monitor network/MPLS intranet and VPN connection between branch offices.  Basic trouble shooting on network relative problem.

·         Data security with utilize Anti-virus software and further solution.

·         Maintain Network diagrams and architect for worldwide offices.

·         Conduct risk management caused by internet failure or virus to avoid possible disaster.

·         Mobile, phone and internet system management.

·         IT relative equipment purchasing, process invoice and monitor payment on time.

·         PC, phone, and IT equipment management.

·         Provide tier 2 user support and tier 1 support as need.

·         5+ years of working experiences in IT support.

·         CCNA certified is plus.

·         Experience with network management, sever maintenance, and security.

·         Experience within Antivirus and internet filtering control.

·         Must have reliable transportation - may have to travel to other sites.

·         Must have good communication and customer service skills.

          Bilingual-Mandarin is plus.
