1. Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and G/L, A/P, A/R structure
2. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
3. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
4. Assist CFO in the daily banking requirements
5. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions
6. Supports budget and forecasting activities
7. Collaborates with the other managers to support overall department goals and objectives
8. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
9. Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
10. Responds to inquiries from senior management and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like
11. Responsible for meeting all financial reporting deadlines
12. Responsible for reconciling A/P and A/R accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.
13. Responsible for banking activities
14. Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
15. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
16. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
17. Support CFO with special projects and workflow process improvements
18. Other ad hoc duties as needed

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese 
• CPA is a must
• 5-7 years of combined accounting experience taxation and auditing; experience in trade, logistics, ocean freight, trucking industries preferred.
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager
• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• SAP experience; 
• High attention to detail, with high level of ethics and integrity
• Enthusiastic self-starter with an ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
