• Manage claim files and documentation

• Monitor inspector daily activities

• Collect quality related issues and market information from inspectors and distribute to relevant buyer or RVP

• Approval of Paper Grade and QC Grade based on preview pictures or inspection pictures to relevant parties

• Review daily inspection report submitted by QC Inspectors

• Review WP Inspectors monthly reimbursement and prepare monthly report to QC Manager

• Request and provide loading pictures to related department

• Prepare monthly claim report to QC Assistant Manager for review and distribute to relevant parties once approved by QC Assistant Manager

• Bachelors Degree
• Bilingual Chinese/English
