Job Description

The Account Coordinator is responsible for assuring operational control within the department focusing on there account portfolio. This includes being responsible for meeting the demand of the suppliers, being a team player, ensuring pro-active communication to internal and external parties.
The Account Coordinator should have working knowledge of responsibilities of all involved parties in the consignment process.

  • Answering phones and resolving customer queries
  • Communicate with and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external persons
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
  • Completion of all daily workload for customer orders such as packing lists, PO’s and loading documents.
  • Manage email folders for timely execution
  • Minimize extra costs where possible through tracking of orders and managing expectations
  • QRF and LSD management for all customer orders.
  • Ensuring SAP reporting is clean and concise, managing discrepancies and escalating when required.
  • Liaise with Buyers on supplier orders
  • Bought not booked reporting for order management
  • Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
  • Ensure responsibility is taken for H&S which impacts on the working areas

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience required
  • A basic understanding of customer service and account coordination – preferably in the waste industry
  • Languages: Dutch/English
  • Fulltime available
  • Bachelors degree required
  • You are flexible, accurate and have strong communication skills
