• Discuss with Product Owners understand the requirements
• Demonstrate a high level of analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to understand product requirements by breaking down information and analyzing results to develop solutions
• Consistently develop and deliver solutions with quality and within estimated timelines
• Collaborate/Coach team members comfortably deliver results on a recurring basis.
• Have high integrity, consistency in their work, and who has clear and visible set values; you need to also demonstrate calmness under pressure in order to effectively lead your team even in times of uncertainty.
• Strong familiarity with Agile framework.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of NEXT services, engaging Product Owners as needed.

• Minimum experience of around 3+ years in Data Analysis, Data Integration Tools & Scripts, Python Development and SQL
• Good understanding of Visualization tools like Google Data Studio
• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, Bottle)
