Job Description
- Develop trusted client relationships, navigate the commercial and residential flooring network, and establish yourself as a go-to resource to drive sales.
- Develop and deliver and effective sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Manage the sales life cycle resolving any issues while providing exceptional customer care.
- Champion product lines, ensuring they are the top choice for specifications, while gathering market and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and fellow Territory Managers to tackle ground-level opportunities and strategize effectively.
- Maintain consistent, multi-channel communication with customers, utilizing strategies like lunch & learns, to become their first point of contact.
- Actively promote online resources, tools, and innovative technologies (lightbeans) to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage projects and maintain CRM to keep track of the sales pipeline.
- Remain updated on market and industry trends and customer demand to remain a valuable player in the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience as a sales representative in flooring surfaces or a related industry.
- Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and fostering long term client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license
