Position Details

  • Designation: Senior Consultant Salesforce
  • Job Location: Hybrid work model; Accra/ Takoradi
  • Job Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Job Summary

Together with your team, you will drive the implementation of complex CRM Salesforce projects. You help our clients align their sales channels with automated processes for maximum customer satisfaction. As a consultant, you lay the foundation for the functionality of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Salesforce Consultant with us, you embody curiosity, dedication, and organisational prowess.
  • As the critical link between our clients and the project team, steering every phase of the project: from requirement analysis and solution design to project implementation and user training.
  • Be entrusted with integrating the Salesforce Cloud into clients' system landscapes, advising them on Salesforce features and applications suited to their processes and use cases.
  • Adjust (configurations) to new and existing Salesforce systems, injecting your expertise and creative ideas into the design of client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, offer support, and share insights, strengthening the team's collective capability.
  • Assist in creating proposals and unlocking follow-up projects with existing clients.
  • Directly engaging clients, you will lead presentations, workshops, expert panels, and meetings.

Qualifications

Person Specification

  • A team player.
  • Experience in customer service/project management with a focus on IT or CRM (ideally Salesforce) and excellent user knowledge.
  • Expert in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or B2B Marketing Product and Marketing Cloud.
  • Have a solid understanding of business processes in CRM, sales, service, and marketing.
  • Demonstrate high commitment coupled with analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Initial Salesforce certifications complete your profile.
  • Ideally, an experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and initial touchpoints with Consumer Goods Cloud such as Veeva or IQVIA, Loyalty
