The AmaliTech Graduate Trainee Programme is an intensive, full-time IT skills development program designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical experience needed to thrive in the growing IT industry. The program is designed to be completed in a 6-month duration with practical project-based online and in-person sessions.

• Agile Methodology: Learn industry-standard project management practices for efficient software development.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Technology. 
•  At least 2 years of relevant learned and practical software engineering experience.
•  A minimum of 1 year of experience (intermediate level) with any backend framework.
• Experience working with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Individuals with a passion for technology, a drive to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Able to commit to a full-time hybrid learning experience for 6 months.
