How To Apply

Interested and qualified applicants should click "I'm Interested" below and follow the instructions to apply.

Our Recruitment Process

Our Graduate Trainee Programme runs in a cycle and applications are received from the beginning of any recruitment window to its deadline. Screening of applications start immediately as we receive them throughout the cycle until the deadline of the current window. Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria are then contacted to take an online assessment in Mathematics that lasts for a maximum period of 30 minutes. The online assessment would test the candidates’ quantitative and logical reasoning skills. Afterwards, further shortlisting is done by the recruitment team and successful candidates are invited for an on-site Assessment and face to face interview. The on-site assessment and interviews are run on the same day and this happens to be the final stage of our recruitment process. Our on-site assessment has two general sections which test the quantitative and verbal skills of candidates. There is also a third section which is specialisation specific; this means candidates would be tested based on the specialisation they chose at the stage of applying for our graduate trainee programme.

Once candidates prove themselves capable of fitting into the AmaliTech Training Academy at the interview stage, an offer is made and candidates are enrolled into our Training Academy.

We highly recommend applicants to visit this link Sample Test to try out this sample test as a means of self evaluation and prep for our assessments.
