Job Description

Ama La Vida (ALV) is seeking a temporary, part-time Relationship Strategist to help drive revenue and support business development goals. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to assess clients’ needs and priorities and then match their objectives with the best coach and program(s) to help them accomplish their goals.

During a typical week in this role you may:

  • Use your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goals
  • Share your expert knowledge of ALV products and services with prospective clients via email, phone calls, video and texts 
  • Build relationships with potential clients and coaches to establish trust and rapport
  • Nurture inbound leads with the goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from existing clients
  • Maintain and update our CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address sales opportunities and challenges

Qualifications

  • Has demonstrated success with consultative selling or customer service
  • Is passionate about helping others achieve their goals
  • Can build and maintain meaningful relationships and make clients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable opening up about important and personal topics

  • Is comfortable handling objections and discussing budgets with clients

Additional Information

This is a temporary, part-time hourly plus commission position. This role will include approximately 20 hours of training in December 2024 and work an estimated 20 hours weekly January - March, 2024.

Compensation

$19/hour + uncapped and bonus commission
