Job Description

Responsible for ensuring all inbound leads are contacted timely to identify customer needs and match the customer to the right product and/or sales resource. This role will research targets and make outbound cold calls for lead generation. Utilize our CRM to ensure the effectiveness of the lead process as measured by lead conversion rates and opportunity close rates. Support our NPS survey process by following up with respondents for additional support.

The ideal candidate for a Inside Sales Specialist would be able to do the following:

 

  1. Follow standard inside sales policies and procedures positively impacting trending sales conversion rate metrics.
  2. Adjust processes and actions to maintain lead and opportunity conversion rate targets.
  3. Qualify all inbound marketing leads from the website, trade shows, conferences, phone, chat, Taste of Alto-Shaam (TOAS) events, and other new emerging marketing sources.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve standardized processes for sales inquiries from the various communication mediums (chat, phone, webinars, trade shows, conferences, TOAS, etc.).
  5. Update and manage sales representative business reviews for the Taste of Alto-Shaam (TOAS) scorecard section, updating events and opportunities coordinating between event manager app, RepNet, sales owners, and CRM tools.
  6. Follow NPS lead survey process, to capture customer feedback and respond to NPS submittals to ensure a positive customer experience and sustain brand standards.
  7. Suggest CRM system improvements to create efficiencies and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  8. Support aging equipment follow up process through CRM to initiate a new sales lead to nurture.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and our service team to support our install program.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION

  • Inside sales experience or equivalent (i.e., sales training certification)
  • Sales structure and selling tactics knowledge.
  • CRM and business analytics systems knowledge
