Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Originations Fulfillment Sales Leader to lead revenue growth across Lenders One’s credit, due diligence, and fulfillment solutions.
This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives targeting mortgage brokerages, lenders, credit unions, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in mortgage originations, credit products, and enterprise B2B sales, along with a proven ability to build relationships and close complex deals.
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of credit, fulfillment, and secondary market solutions
- Identify, engage, and expand relationships with mortgage lenders, brokerages, and institutional investors
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor client solutions and value propositions
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Represent Lenders One at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting origination and secondary markets
- Analyze pipeline performance, sales data, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategy
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team revenue goals
- Drive consultative, value-based selling aligned to client business objectives and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent of experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, mortgage, credit, or related industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
Strong knowledge of:
- Credit reporting and borrower due diligence
- Mortgage origination and fulfillment processes
- Secondary market or loan portfolio solutions
- Experience selling into mortgage brokers, lenders, credit unions, or institutional investors
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience managing or working within remote sales teams
- Existing network within mortgage or alternative lending markets strongly preferred
