Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding – Proactively identify, reach out to, and recruit new vendors in low coverage areas. Own the onboarding process from first contact through full certification.
- Vendor Network Development – Continuously build and expand a reliable vendor network to support operational demand and improve coverage.
- Vendor Performance Management – Monitor vendor performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions or replacements as needed to meet client SLAs.
- Demand Planning – Anticipate coverage needs and take proactive action ahead of demand to avoid delays and aging orders.
- Vendor Engagement – Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding assignments, expectations, and performance.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter with a hustler mentality—someone who doesn’t wait for direction and actively goes after results
- Strong ability to find leads, cold reach out, and convert vendors into active partners
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the team
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, follow-ups) and ability to build relationships quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel (basic reporting, tracking, follow-ups); PowerPoint is a plus
- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
- Spoken Spanish is a plus but not required.
