We are looking for a Team Lead, Inspections to help lead our Altisource Team!

    Job Description

    Job Description:

    • Lead the property inspection operations in a multi-client environment ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
    • Track team performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow
    • Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.
    • Address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.
    • Monitor daily production reports to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets.
    • Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions.
    • Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes.
    • Take on additional duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field.
    • Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPs.
    • Open to continuous learning and professional development.
