We are looking for a Real Estate Broker with a Real Estate Broker license in the state of Washington to help provide the licensing needed in the RHSS brokerage.

Job Description

The Broker position entails significant responsibilities in real estate portfolio management and multi-state brokerage operations.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio encompassing REO, Retail, and Investment properties
  • Oversee and coordinate specific territories within the brokerage, including the acquisition of additional Broker Licenses as required
  • Efficiently manage the complete life cycle of real estate portfolios, with a primary focus on reducing the time from contract to closing and improving closing percentages across multiple client accounts
  • Serve as the qualifying broker in multiple states, demonstrating expertise in cross-state real estate operations and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal real estate laws, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Active broker license in Washington; multiple state licenses strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience as a Managing Broker, with a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed teams across the country
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of 100+ REO assets, showcasing exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal real estate laws, with expertise in compliance and auditing procedures
