We are looking for a Team Lead, Vendor Account Management be responsible for strategic vision for their territory, identify trends and patterns, and own vendor relationships to ensure all onshore client needs are met and areas of improvement are identified.
Job Description
o Vendor Performance Monitoring – Review daily performance reports and identify failure trends
o Relationship Management – Conduct and host weekly meetings with all assigned vendors to review open orders, drive completions, improve SLAs, drive revenue and correct follow-up orders
o Reassignments – Perform reassignments of work orders to alternate vendors to ensure adherence to client SLAs
o Centralize Communications – Establish as a SPOC for vendors to reach out to for all items, manage internal and vendor escalations, recover expiring documents
o Mentor/guide team members through objectives
o Additional duties when indicated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school plus relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
- Strong time management skills
- Excel and other MS Office software proficiency
- Success with meeting management (scheduling, agendas, minutes)
- Problem solving skills
- Please be effective with self-management
- Please have a high level of initiative
- Leadership experience a PLUS.
