Job Description
- Analyst should have a basic knowledge about US Mortgage.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation.
- Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
- Should be capable of Maintaining 100% quality yield with error free work consistently.
- Research and provide a detailed review regarding the complex valuation cases.
- Need to search and read the Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records and other valuation related documents to provide a detailed valuation review per client request.
- Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process.
- Timely completion of all work assignments.
- Flexible to work on Night shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, master's degree added advantage.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
Must have an eye for attention to detail
