1. Conduct external calls for verification purposes.
2. Ensure accurate and timely verification processes.
3. Collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards

1. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
2. Willingness to work during US shift hours.
3. Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification.
4. Prior experience in US mortgage is an added advantage.
