At Altisource, data drives all of our decision-making, and our People Solutions organization is no exception. The People Analytics team acts as an internal innovation lab using analytical approaches to validate hypotheses and improve the People Solutions programs. The team provides critical support to the business around forecasting talent trends, analyzing the effectiveness of People Solutions programs and optimizing process efficiencies. Our team goal is to use talent data to create an even better place to work.

As a Business Analyst, your role is central to our People Analytics team. You will be responsible for gathering data and creating visual reports that drive business decisions. Additionally, you will be collaborating with key stakeholders to generate insights and provide impactful recommendations through data analytics.   

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Use BI and analytical tools to visualize data and create a compelling data story.
• Drive analysis to inform key decision-making processes and to evaluate performance.
• Create, iterate and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business recommendation.
• Identify actionable insights and share recommendations to influence the direction of the business.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math or related discipline.
• 1+ years in an Analytics role is preferred.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Windows based applications is a must.
• Hands-on experience working on Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlikview is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and generate insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive level.
