• Understanding of Dell Command Update
• Troubleshooting of drivers and device issues

• Application Creation and Deployment
• OS Patching – Deployment, Reporting, Troubleshooting
• Reporting – Creation and Understanding of where to find details when requests are submitted.
• Cloud Management Gateway – Architecture & Management
• Co-Management with Intune
• Cloud-Sync for device group management

·  3rd Party Patching

• Experience with Patch My PC a plus or any other 3rd party patching tool integrated with SCCM.

·  MDT

• OS Image creation, capture, deployment
• Understanding of components
• Application deployment during imaging

·  Intune

• Windows Autopilot Migration
• W32 Application packaging and deployment
• User/Device group management (Assigned & Dynamic)
• Bitlocker management
• Encryption management and reporting

The candidate should:

• Have a mindset to think about process improvement and automation.
• Find new ways to automate daily/weekly tasks.
• A minimum understanding of PowerShell scripting but advanced knowledge is valuable.
