Job Description

We are looking for a world-class Payroll Analyst, articulate, proactive, and ambitious individual to join our Altisource Payroll team. If this is you, you will oversee the payroll process and ensure all payments are accurate and on time. In this position, you will be reviewing payroll data and documents for errors and imprecise records, checking whether the information is accurate, and ensuring that the scheduled payments are made on time. A major key to this role is that you should have excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Become the POC from Payroll Operations for Payroll Accounting support purposes. 
  • Analysis on payroll Operations to ensure accuracy in the accounting registration process.  
  • Calculate and process compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
  • Work with People Solutions to clarify employees’ questions about PTO, salaries, and tax.
  • Prepare audit reports on procedures and records.
  • Analyze and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions and garnishments.
  • Design, document, and implement procedures that will help the payroll processes.

Qualifications

​​​​​​WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

  • Student of Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field, with at least Accounting 1 and Administration 1 complete.
  • Advanced English skills. This position supports US and Luxembourg Employee Services.
  • Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles. Payroll background is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Team player.
