Hubzu (www.hubzu.com), a premier real estate portal, acts as a one-stop location for buyers and agents to search for and purchase properties across the United States. Properties are purchased during online auction events and or through more “traditional” listings.

Hubzu has grown tremendously over the past year and is expanding in all areas. We are building the next generation of our portal to meet the growing demands of our customers. Features of the new portal include high scalability, even more availability and increased performance. We are also expanding the business into several new sectors to take advantage of our leadership position in the market

The responsibilities of a product manager would include:

·         Translating, prioritizing, communicating and delivering business/customer needs

·         Collaborate with the Scrum-Masters and Teams to achieve business goals

·         Work closely with the scrum team and on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

·         Represent the voice of the end-user and other stakeholders to the development team

·         Owning your product area, from discovery to measuring impact and everything in between. Your prioritization helps maximize the value of what you and your team(s) create.

·         Own and manage the UAT process with all stakeholders

·         Stakeholder management, so that they understand & carry the product objectives, prioritization and roadmap and so that their expectations are managed as clearly as feasible in that creative process that is software development.

·         Keeping the product backlog well prioritized and up to date, to maximize the value delivered to the customers and users.

·         Demonstrating excellent customer centricity, thus deeply understanding our users needs and pains.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computers, or any related field.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Proficient in database software.
Basic analytics skills – Knowledge of GA would be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience :
2+ years of relevant Experience as a Product Manager in a Startup Company  with work experience as a product analyst or business analyst or in a similar role

Joining : Within a month preferred

Interview Process: Take home assignment and 2-3 rounds with Peers and Managers.
