We are looking for a Property Registration Specialist to help support the clients and the increase in volume of our portfolio in our Property Preservation unit of Altisource.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Property Registration Processing, requesting payment to send to the city and analyze all steps of payment processing for errors and discrepancies  
• Handle municipality audits verifying that registration conditions are correct, and properties are registered  
• Maintain thorough knowledge of, and follow all, Client Statement of Work (SOW), Investor, Government, Local, State, Federal and Regulatory agencies, as well as Altisource® policies, procedures and requirements on assigned inventory  
• Conduct a thorough review of each municipality jurisdiction and loan number assigned, to ensure that registration, renewal or deregistration is completed timely and accurately. 

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

• High analytical skills and experience in making payments to governmental entities  
• Great attention to detail and ability to navigate excel and other general software 
• Ability to pivot from one project to the next quickly  
• Comfort level in communicating with city officials
