• Manage a team of 10 to 12 associates and Senior associates, and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities of the team’s portfolio
• Ensure that the team delivers production within provided turnaround time by monitoring the daily production.
• Ensure 100% efficiency and quality in all production queues managed by the team.
• Ensure team is meeting Client expectations on SLA and Timelines.
• Demonstrate ownership on open deliverables and activities.
• Establishes and maintains client relationships and seeks to grow, broaden, and enhance the customer relationship with Altisource.
• To oversee the maintenance and repairs activities performed by team (reviewing Bids and orders submitted by vendors).
• Manage and oversee vendors/subcontractors performing preservation work on properties under supervision of Altisource.
• Follows up with vendors to ensure orders have been confirmed and completed. Cancels orders with vendors who do not respond, accept, or are delinquent in completing order requests
• Ensure team follows guidelines on property preservation to meet investor requirements.
• Perform Quality control on completed work items.

Publish reports showing production and quality scores of team members.

• Graduate in any stream (Essential)
• Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
• Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail(Essential)
• Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast past environment (Essential)
• Overall 2 years of work experience
• Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
