WHAT YOU'LL DO:      

The incumbent will be part of the HR Operations team and will be required to cater to HR Helpdesk queries and New Hire ID creation for global employees.

HR Helpdesk role –

Providing first level resolution to employee queries within agreed SLA

Coordinate with various other teams within the organization for queries outside direct scope

Tracking of requests in the ticketing tool

New Hire ID creation role –

Tracking and validating all ID creation requests received from the TA team

Creation of employee ID’s on the HR Enterprise portal

Creating and publishing reports

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• Graduate Degree (MBA will be an added advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT)
• Position requires 1 - 3 years of working experience in related fields
• Good communication skills, ability to deal with Managers and Associates
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and challenging situations
• Candidate should be willing to work in mid shift ( 5pm-2am)
