Job Description - Support Engineer in a Lead Role

Provide operational expertise with PEGA(PRPC/RPA) and MySQL

Manage technical and/or Business bridges as required

Ensuring that production changes are reviewed and validated in production to avoid/minimize change related issues.

Problem Management - Support and drive detailed root cause analysis of production issues

Collaborate with

Provide verbal and written communication regarding status , risks, issues make recommendentation for remediation or change

Identify opportunities for application tuning

Review and Enhance application run books

Regular review of incidents, service requests, problem metrics

Service ownership - Accountable for availability, performance , capacity and maintenance of Automation applications.

Collaborate with multiple teams within Organization.

Any Bachelor's degree

Should have prior experience in supporting Automation applications developed in PEGA.PEGA certification will be an added advantage

MYSQl knowledge

Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations

Skilled in being a strong team player.

Excellent debugging skills

Adhere to Application support processes and procedures

Good communication skills

High level knowledge in AWS/Any cloud services
