• Coordinate with other team members and be in-charge of oversight activities and assessment of vendors worldwide, by following due diligence procedures
• Conduct regular risk analysis of vendors by collecting and validating relevant inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure vendor compliance in all aspects as per the vendor category by working with all stakeholders involved (Vendor, Sourcing, Legal, and LOB)
• Support all initiatives to improve and expand Compliance’s function with regards to corporate/field vendor compliance
• Contribute to enhance vendor categories, compliance requirements and tier vendors
• Conduct regular audits of vendor documents including, but not limited to financial statements, insurances, business licenses and professional licenses
• Be prepared to work on a variety of technical areas. Be willing to learn new programming languages / tools / technologies as required, such as Excel, Macro

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience preferably in document audits, quality control reviews or document validation
• Should have strong verbal & written communication and analytical skills
• Should have intermediate level of understanding of MS Office package i.e. Power point, Excel and Word
• Should possess the ability to work well with cross-functional groups

·       Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are required

·       Should be a Graduate from a reputed college in India
