We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to work with our highly collaborative Talent Acquisition team. The Contract Recruiter will be focusing on sourcing talent from different channels, and partner with other team members in the execution of the critical components of talent acquisition.

This Bangalore-based role will be working remotely for now.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

·         Ensure Altisource attract, hire, and retain the most qualified candidates

·         Manage full-cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to on-boarding) for given business groups ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

·         Use market intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels.

·         Should constantly strive to improve resume quality by improving the understanding and technicalities of the role. Should develop and demonstrate the ability to understand exactly what the business unit is looking for and meet the same.

·         Prepare, extend and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation guidelines

WHAT ABOUT YOU:

·         Team player with a passion for Recruitment

·         Should be good at using the internet (Job Portals, Search Engines and Social Networking) to search and source profiles in quick time.

·         Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do’ attitude

·         Proven ability to perform in a matrixed environment

·         Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Willingness to work flexible hours as needed roles
