We are looking for a Director, Title who , - tasked with driving Operations, developing and delivering best-in-class services for both internal and external clients. 

What you will do:

• As an integral member of the management team, provides leadership and direction in Closing Services, creating a scalable Title and Settlement Services platform.
• Measures performance against client expectations and strives for continual improvement with the goal of becoming the clients’ preferred service provider.
• Directly manages, coaches, and provides mentoring to the business unit managers, taking a lead role in training and supporting the company’s US-based and offshore operations.
• Creates and updates business unit operating plans, execution plans, and budgets.
• Meets or exceeds the budgeted financial performance.
• Implements and maintains strategies and processes which allow the company to compliantly manage a growing, high volume of closings without settlement errors.
• Hires and retains the staff necessary to develop a highly productive, scalable, and efficient Escrow/Title Operation.

What about you As a qualified expert, you have…

• Senior operations leadership experience and national title and closing management (REO/purchase experience)
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
• Successful experience managing all levels of client engagement, establishing and maintaining a solid foundation of long-term relationships and predictable revenue generation
• Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting for a large, growing title company
