Reporting directly to the VP, Digital Product and Automation, the Director, Client Management and Professional Services will be responsible for increasing SaaS profitability. This role will be an important part of the technology structure for Altisource and spans the ever-growing list of SaaS products. These currently include Equator, Vendorly, REALSynergy, Trelix Connect, Document Management Services, and the SalesEdge AVM property valuation tool.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Increasing SaaS products profitability
• Drive client management and professional services for Equator, Vendorly, REALSynergy, Trelix Connect, Document Management Services, and the SalesEdge AVM property valuation tool
• Lead the team providing industry leading professional services to SaaS clients for a smooth onboarding and operational experience
• Oversight of client activities including software projects, production operations and supporting sales team
• Contribute to building and managing SaaS products roadmap with clear outlook and accountability for results
• Contributing member to the sales process serving as high level subject matter expert (SME), contract negotiations decisions, and as high-level guide through the onboarding process
• Strategic consultant for the sales team to create and refine strategies for new client acquisition and upselling for existing clients
• Strategic consultant and SME provider for the marketing team to create and refine strategies for creation of marketing plans for each of the SaaS products
Key Results Areas:
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets as defined within operating models for all SaaS products
• Achieve or exceed profitability targets as set within company budget for all SaaS products
• Achieve or exceed client onboarding and retention targets
Qualifications
• Candidates with industry domain knowledge in mortgage originations and servicing
• Experience in financial planning and managing through profits and losses reporting
• Experience in growing teams that utilize modern SaaS operating principles
• Working understanding of modern low code enterprise application technologies and configuration management strategies
• Appraise the nature and scope of present product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, and lobby new product ideas and/or product changes whenever opportunities or challenges are identified
• Proven ability to collaborate broadly, with a flexible, positive attitude, and experience firmly setting expectations, tackling challenges, and getting results
• Exceptional communication (including but not limited to oral, written, presentation and demo), leadership and soft skills
• Experience working with software development collaboration software, with JIRA/Atlasian preferred
