•    Own digital transformation and process improvement initiatives for the designated Altisource line of business
•    Develop automated solutions (RPA/Cognitive/Scripts/Platform) and define process automation roadmap by partnering with business and technology teams
•    Identify gaps, efficiency and performance improving opportunities through business process assessments, workshops, and recommend technology solutions 
•    Quantify benefits and define requirements in detail to ensure that the technology solution meets the "improved efficiency" needs
•    Expedited and smooth implementation of solutions by effective program management of requirement gathering, solution building, development support and user testing phases
•    Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met. Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets and manage projects through effective implementation and change management.
•    Lead business unit level digital transformation efforts to drive significant value to the business in terms of revenue, efficiencies, and client satisfaction. 
•    Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to digitize operational processes 
•    Provide constant, ongoing communication to ensure barriers/obstacles are removed and necessary support is obtained 
•    Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal / structured presentation skills are a must.
•    Ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships with the key stakeholders 
•    Good understanding of automation and Technology solutions
 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process, Engineering, Computer Science or related field 
•    Hands-on experience in as many of the following areas as possible – loan originations, Title/Trustee/Settlement, BPM tools, process automation, digital products roadmap & delivery, design thinking
•    Work experience of minimum 2 years in IT or Finance - preferably in automation initiatives for mortgage organizations
•    Expertise in business analytics for data-driven decision making
