We are looking for an experienced Foreclosure Asset Manager to manage the day to day asset management related activities. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Accurately list and market foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are scheduled. 
• Work with foreclosure attorney and trustee offices throughout the United States to obtain bidding instructions and clearance for upcoming foreclosure sales  
• Prepare bidding packages for upcoming foreclosure sales 
• Coordinate with our network of auctioneers to ensure they conduct sales in accordance with bidding instructions provided 
• Receive sale results from our auctioneers, updating internal systems and notifying attorney/trustee of results 

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

• Knowledge and understanding of foreclosures and auctions
• Ability to handle high volume of properties without making errors  
• Effectively communicate with various parties on time sensitive matters 
• Computer skills, specifically including Microsoft Excel
