• Onboard new referrals into Equator to list and market foreclosure properties on Hubzu 
• Source property details such as bed/bath counts, lot sizes, property types, etc. from public records 
• Order marketing photos and receiving and uploading those photos to Hubzu
• Update Equator with status changes and bidding information when received
• Update Equator with results from foreclosure sales

Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

Ability to search websites to locate and access public information pertaining to properties  

Ability to learn quickly and process repetitive tasks without making errors
