WHAT YOU GET TO DO  

• Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to obtain role briefing and agree to strategies and timelines
• Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times
• Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly hiring goals as set by Manager of Talent Acquisition
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other sourcing channels)
• Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
• Be accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times
• Develops candidate interest for available positions and talent communities
• Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could aid search parameters
• Develop a network of referrals
• Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups, universities or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
• Cold call campaigns

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  

• Experience recruiting sales, technology or marketing roles
• Build strong relationships with candidates, business leaders to help make the interview process a seamless and positive experience for everyone
• Exceptional and intuitive customer service skills- you will help build the Altisource brand! 
• Ability to think creatively in a structured and organized fashion 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills- you will work with candidates as well as business leaders to meet recruiting goals 
• Amazing organizational skills- you will have a lot going on and we want to know you can keep things organized and process oriented!
• Customer service mindset
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Smart Recruiter
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years
• Preferred Experience 5-7 years of agency or recruiting in a fast paced environment
